Channel Mountain (CM) is a pioneering media production house in Uttarakhand state. CM is providing services in Film, Television, Radio, Publication, New Media, Events, and Media consultancies. Apart from the above, we are providing internship, industrial training, and exposure to Journalism and Mass Communication, Film, Television, Radio, New Media, and Advertisement students studying in universities, colleges, and institutions. CM also provides media-related training to government, non-government, corporate sector, and any individual interested in.
Internship with hands on practice and product offer
We appreciate and welcome all, who wish to do an internship with Channel Mountain. We offer an internship with hands-on practice in media production with the concrete outcome as a short film, short documentary, advertisement film, news, and report, short radio, so that you can enrich your experience and as well as your CV.
Facilities to be provided to trainees
Equipment / Editing suit / Sound studio
CMC provides pieces of equipment with all accessories to all trainees for hands-on practice, shooting, recording, and editing. We have high-quality broadcasting camera units and editing platforms, a sound studio for a professional outcome.
Training Classes
CMC runs tutorials and classes for trainees, in which they can get professional training (from script to screen) right from scripting and conceptualization, storyboard, screenplay, production design, sound design, lighting, cinematography, direction, editing to final master product output. Training will be supervised and conducted by internationally trained media professionals.
Benefit of Trainees

Internship Package (Only for students)
15 Days Internship Package
This package is designed for 15 days only so that all hands-on training and output production desired can be accomplished within a time duration. This internship package cost very nominal according to the specific need of the training area’s/ tools, raw materials (DVCs, DVDs, VCDs), equipment (Broadcast camera and sound units), recording (Sound studio), editing (Video editing suits), and a fee of master trainer.
Outcome
Short film (1-3 Minutes) or Short documentary (1-5 Minutes) or Advertise film (10 seconds to 60 Seconds) or News or Visual report (1-3 Minutes) or Video profile (1-5 Minutes) or Radio Advertisement (10 seconds to 60 Seconds) or Radio program (1-3 Minutes).
2 Hour intensive training (9 AM to 11 AM) per day (Saturday and Sunday off) plus studio and outdoor practice.
30 Days Internship Package
This package is designed for 30 days only so that all hands-on training and output production desired can be accomplished within time duration. This internship package cost very nominal according to the specific need of the training area’s/ tools, raw materials (DVCs, DVDs, VCDs), equipment (Broadcast camera and sound units), recording (Sound studio), editing (Video editing suits), and the fee of master trainer.

Jayprakash Panwar, studied journalism and mass communication, anthropology, new media (specialized in Digital Film Production), and film making respectively from H.N.B.Garhwal University, The Australian National University (ANU), Canberra, and the University of Melbourne. He contributed and produced more than 300+ documentaries, films, short films, Television stories, and advertisement films aired in regional, national and international channels. He has published more than 12 books, newsletters and widely published around 1000 articles, features, and photo features in national and international publications. Jayprakash also conceptualized, written, produced, and directed 100+ radio programs for AIR-Akashvani. He is a recipient of the prestigious Ford Foundation International Media Fellowship.
The name of University, collage, institution, department, academic faculty and technical staff will be acknowledged in film credits along with all contributors involved in the training and production.
