Historic City of Ayutthaya
Dr. Tej Ram Jat
Spent a great week in Thailand again and explored the Historic City of Ayutthaya which was the second capital of the Siamese Kingdom. It was one of the world’s largest and most cosmopolitan urban and a center of global diplomacy and commerce from the 14th to the 18th centuries. The remains of Buddhist temples, monasteries, and royal palaces in Ayutthaya give an idea of the city’s past size and the splendor of its architecture
